Indoor Cycling Class

Our instructors know their stuff and care deeply about your experience. From the moment you choose your bike to your very last stretch, we do our very best to ensure that your workout is challenging, rewarding and fun. 

Silver Sculpt

Designed with out mature members in mind, our Silver Sculpt Instructors keep these classes fun, yet challenging enough to keep you and your friends fit and active well into your golden years. Bring your friends, or come meet new ones in our Silver Sculpt group classes.

Intense Interval Workout

In this group atmosphere, Instructors take attendees through quick intense intervals designed to maximize fat burning while developing strength and building muscle.

Yoga

This form of exercise, originating in India, incorporates stretching movements and poses designed to improve balance and strength, with a focus on breathing techniques and mobility. Yoga is for everybody and every body. It’s a great way to get fit, stay healthy, and feel great.

Capoeira Cardio

Come to our Capoeira Cardio class for a rigorous interval training sequence where you'll push your limits and walk out feeling strong. This circuit-training based workout is designed to challenge your body and mind in a fun environment!

U-Jam

Come dance your way to fitness in our U-Jam dance classes. Our highly trained and knowledgeable Instructors will lead you through a variety of dance moves to urban beats.

PIYO

In this class out Instructors combine elements of Pilates and Yoga for a fat burning workout while improving flexibility and strength.

What are the benefits of getting fit?

There are many well documented benefits, but we’ll touch on a few of them here.
